Chamarande was established in 1972 by François d’Ansembourg. His son Frédéric took over in 2004, focusing on antique jewellery, a specialized domain the gallery was famous for from the moment it opened. Clients are invited to view an important and varied selection of jewels dating from the second half of the 19th century to the 1950s in the gallery, which is known for its intimate, discrete atmosphere. Visits are on appointment only.
